Library Services Specialist Proposed Decision

Teven Laxer, Senior Labor Relations Representative at CSUEU headquarters, has notified CSUEU officers that:

The Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) has issued a Proposed Decision which places the Library Services Specialist (LSS) series into Bargaining Unit 9. The proposed decision will become final if no party files an appeal by January 16, 2008.

The decision affects about 470 employees currently classified as Library Assistants or Lead Library Assistants.
