The California Faculty Association (CFA) has extended its furlough vote until 5 PM on Wednesday, July 22. According to the message from CFA, some faculty members did not receive the email which allowed them to vote, and some campus mail servers were rejecting the messages wholesale. CFA will be sending alternate email ballots from a CFA address, instead of from the third-party vendor hired to conduct the vote.
CFA represents Bargaining Unit 3, which includes professors, lecturers, librarians, counselors, and coaches.
