- Provisional Ballot Procedure for Ratification Vote – for people who absolutely can't be on campus for the chapter ratification vote. Your chapter may have concluded voting (about half had reported final vote tallies to headquarters as of Friday evening), but if you're unavoidably off campus and not sure, call your chapter president. If you can't reach your chapter president, work your way through the officers until you can reach someone. Even if your chapter's still voting, you only have until 2 p.m. Monday. Some chapter web sites may have information on voting as well. (Unit 9 News)
