Now that the CSUEU contract has been ratified, non-exempt employees in Bargaining Units 2, 5, 7 and 9 can once again bank their CTO.
The Chancellor's Office message states: Compensatory Time Off can now be put on the books effective 03/20/12. Any overtime earned prior to 03/20/12 must still be paid in cash to the affected employees.
